About the Web Site
I've been scratching my head over the wierd design of the TC for as long as I can remember, which is not as long as it used to be. I've sketched some back of the envelop ideas for an improved calendar over the years which didn't amount to anything and which apparantly had all been tried before, such as adding a 13th month to collect the beyond 28 days debris from the other months to package into a final new last month. Google 13th month to read all about that. But when all was said and done it created as many complexities as it solved, and so the back of the envelop was its final resting spot.
After many years of the problem rumaging on the back burner of the back of my mind I had the inspiration to approach the problem from first principles. Once the thought "What is a second?" popped into view, the rest was downhill. Although cobbling together the details and the site took a while. While working on the main page I realized a converter from one the TC to the HCC and vice-versa would be indispensible. Then I thought it a good idea to show the HCC date information in a Detailed Calendar format. Then I thought it good to show a stripped-down, bare-bones Simple Calendar verison as well. I may or may not have other ideas or recieve suggestions that will find there way into the web site. For now though, this is what I have to present for your purusal.

While naming the Consistent Calendar scale after himself might seem pretentious, he went with the tried and true eponymous version following the example of Julias and Gregory in the caledar naming business.
